- Is generated boilerplate legally sufficient?
- It is a starting draft, not legal advice. A template cannot know your jurisdiction, what data you collect, whether you take payments, or which consumer-protection regime applies — and terms that misdescribe what your service actually does are worse than none, because they are a written misrepresentation.
- What must terms of service actually cover?
- Who may use the service, what they may and may not do with it, who owns the content on both sides, how the agreement ends, what happens to data afterwards, limits on liability, and which country's law governs the whole thing. Payments and refunds need their own clauses when money changes hands.
- What is the difference between terms and a privacy policy?
